2. Digital Vehicle Inspection
A technician will inspect and document your vehicle. When applicable, you will receive a digital vehicle inspection with photos and videos of the findings.
3. Priority-Based Estimate Approval
You will receive an itemized estimate that organizes each finding as a current, near-future, or distant-future priority. No repairs will begin until you approve the work.
4. Repair
Experienced mechanics will install quality parts using the appropriate tools for your vehicle. Depending on the service, these tools may include OBD-II diagnostic equipment or the Hunter Hawkeye Alignment Machine.
5. Follow-Up and Pick-Up
The team will let you know when your vehicle is ready. After-hours pickup is available for customers throughout Orange Park and nearby communities.
How often should I get my car serviced?
Most manufacturers recommend routine maintenance every 5,000 to 7,500 miles for oil changes and general inspections. A digital vehicle inspection at every visit tracks wear on brakes, suspension, and cooling components so nothing gets missed between service intervals.

Yes, you can arrange an early drop-off or an after-hours pickup. Give us a call ahead of time, and we’ll coordinate the details around your schedule.

Yes, Miller’s Automotive offers discounted loaner rates through our partnership with Enterprise Leasing. Reserve one when you schedule your appointment.
Will you call before doing any work I haven't approved?
Yes, we require your approval before beginning additional work or changing the authorized scope. Every repair starts with a written estimate and a priority ranking, and we won’t begin until you give us the authorization. If we find something unexpected during the repair, we’ll call you before making any changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Miller's Automotive accepts cash, personal checks, and all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with ATM/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Financing is also available.
